Led a team of 50+ talented UX designers, researchers, usability experts, content strategists, copy writers, prototypers and more to help Smartsheet become the enterprise SaaS platform of choice for Collaborative Work Management (CWM).

Led a team of 150 talented UX designers, researchers, usability experts, content strategists, copy writers, videographers, and prototypers working on AT&T’s e-commerce platforms for web (att.com) and mobile.

Designed complete, end-to-end experience and all collateral for ground-breaking personal data security product in 18 months. Defined product market fit and product design strategy. Drove branding, industrial design, packaging design and UX/UI design. Developed marketing assets, social media assets, created all materials for reviewer program. Provided strategic design direction, refined feature roadmap, and defined, designed and delivered all elements of iOS and Android mobile applications (wireframes, prototypes, copy, visual design) along with supporting collateral.

As CDO/CXO, I designed and developed new connected device, Cluck, for the kitchen and connected home, Internet of Things (IoT) space. Led all key aspects of the brand development and product definition.

I led the product and design effort to completely revamp Owner's Hub (2015), an Android app to help Samsung owners get the most from their devices. Dramatically increased active and engaged user base (+12M MAU) while maintaining 80% retention.

While at Bing, my efforts focused on leading design teams using Lean UX methods to focus on value proposition development, the definition of core Search use cases and prioritizing user needs against business priorities. Introduced full-screen homepage, social media integration into the SERP, and other innovations.

As the Director of User Experience (UX), I redefined the way the business engaged the design team and drove us towards a new and highly collaborative approach. Launched the MyTouch series of branded handsets.
