As a part of the founding team at Strider, I've been shaping our talent-sourcing platform from the ground, translating all the processes, business, and users' needs into easy-to-use digital products. We went from pure operational work to a fully functional platform in 4 months of deep work, reaching more than 2000 users in the first year and growing at reasonable rates monthly.

✦ Created the product's design language (design system + branding) and collaborated with the engineering team to implement it properly.

✦ Continuous product discovery with design research, user story mapping, data analysis, design thinking methods, and rapid prototyping;

After the merger between Cargo X and FreteBras, I became part of a much larger team that, by the end of my time there, had 30+ designers and researchers working across 25+ product teams, where I was responsible for designers from 6 of them.

✦ Led the design in TMS (Transport Management System), Broker, and Lab tribes, to build the vision of Latin America's most extensive freight matching platform with a team of 6 product designers and 2 researchers. 

✦ We designed experiences used by more than 610k truck drivers nationwide, including the mobile app, TMS, and document emission solutions.

Over the last nine months, my focus has been to structure the product design team by recruiting people and establishing practices and processes to ensure that designers perform in the best possible way, consistent with quality in their product deliveries. I defined the chapter's vision, future ambitions, and a plan for getting there in a phased and gradual way with the resources and context we had.

Indeva is a platform that brings efficiency to physical retail using data and management intelligence from brick-and-mortar store teams. As the only product designer then, I led several initiatives intending to spread and multiply design thinking so that people from different company sectors could contribute to the research processes, applying user-centered methodologies.

After three months, VTEX acquired Indeva to contribute to the challenge of creating the vision of unified commerce. Based on this new goal, my mission was to contribute to the development and design direction of the Indeva platform for integration with other VTEX portfolio products.

Arca Solutions is a software and mobile app development company for digital media companies. With over 3,000 customers in over 160 countries worldwide, Arca Solutions' flagship product, eDirectory, has been used to launch thousands of online directories around the globe. I worked on the major redesign of the product, updating the design language and designing the design system.

I Introduced research and testing practices with users, facilitated co-creation workshops, and led the creation of a design system for the product on Web, Android, and iOS platforms.

Led organizational-level initiatives such as engaging the design team to build and maintain design practices and processes, driving strategy planning, and brand positioning for new products.

Revelare is an advertising and web development agency that focuses on industries, offices, and retail stores in the region, offering specialized traditional and digital communication solutions.

I worked on creating visual concepts for campaigns, developing website interfaces, projects for multiple printed and online materials, and designing individual logos and visual identity systems. I also contributed to several digital transformation projects in the areas such as logistics and industrial supply chain (Industry 4.0).

During my time at the company, I designed digital interfaces for clients from different segments, delving deeper into HTML, CSS, and javascript technologies to design digital interfaces with more context of how the development team would build what I created.

Tragial is a company that produces accessories for the automobile market. Its main products are electric locks with original fittings, mirrors, and windows.

I worked with the sales and marketing department to prepare the company's sales campaigns and manage internal communication initiatives. Internal marketing campaigns, create all graphic materials (catalogs, packaging, corporate stationery, posters, flyers, folders, banners, stickers for booths at exhibition fairs) and digital (email marketing, Facebook materials, website, product photos). I was also responsible for budget management, quoting, and negotiating with suppliers to produce these materials.

During my journey as a freelance designer, I have worked for some local agencies and clients inside and outside the country on different types of projects: websites, apps, visual identities, stationery, advertising campaigns, social networks, event stands, displays for retail, and packaging, among others.

After four years of gaining experience in solving my clients' challenges, I decided it was time to specialize in ​​digital experience design.
