🏳️🌈 Hi everyone, I'm Fernando 👋. I've been passionate about UX design for over a decade, working my way up to lead large teams and oversee complex projects. One highlight was designing a large-scale product through cross-functional collaboration 🤝.
Mentoring designers is a big part of my career. I run company-wide workshops, research initiatives, and design sprints that deliver great results 🎨🚀.
Currently, I'm at Disney, diving into AR, VR, and video game design 🎮✨. Combining storytelling with technology is thrilling, and I'm excited to share my journey with you today. Thanks for having me!
