As a Product Owner, I've led the following initiatives:
- Released a brand new OutSystems Module Type, Library: using Libraries, software architects have one more language element that greatly helps with application independency. Empowering teams with clear ownership over reusable assets. This new capability had a great impact on customer business agility by ensuring that independent dev teams are able to deploy new value as soon as is ready independent of other teams.
- User Segmentation: we have changed part of our previous licensing model, this time we have introduced two new types of end-users as part of the licensing model. I was responsible for leading development team and GTM strategy of the new model. Engaging with the various departments of the organization like Pricing, Sales Ops, Sales, Customer Success.

Moving to OutSystems R&D group where I lead a core development team. 
Deliver two major important new features:
- OutSystems Service Actions: Empowering low-code developers to build microservices applications in a low-code way. Using loosely couple low-code language elements like Service Modules, Service Applications and Service Actions. Direct impact on the amount of use cases possible to build with the OutSystems platform.
- OutSystems weak references: enhancing OutSystems reference model, promoting components reusability and reducing the impact of changes on consumer modules. Improving teams productivity and business agility. Customers adopting the new capabilities were able to release faster with less impact on other development teams.

Responsible for the App Modernization strategy and delivery of a significant app portfolio portion. For an important customer in the satellite&telecommunications space.

As a Delivery Manager I'm responsible to lead the implementation of innovative solutions using the OutSystems platform, to solve complex technical and business issues thru an agile approach, establishing the connection between technical and business teams. 
As a DM I must provide guidance on OutSystems development and performance best practices and I'm responsible for the technical solution quality.
