I've worked on innovation, value creation and market strategy for 14+ years — advising corporates across telco, banking, FMCG, manufacturing, food & beverages, etc. in the SEE region, mentoring 500+ teams over the past five years through the incubator I founded and entrepreneurship programs run with Croatian government agencies and EU-funded initiatives, and running a SaaS product in-house, so I know what it looks like when an idea actually has to get built.

I'm most useful to early-stage teams who need a strategic sparring partner — someone to help them structure their problem-solution fit, business model and go-to-market logic, and turn "customer obsession" from a slogan into an actual working process.
