My skills lie in encouraging others to see a different perspectives and to better communicate with peers, direct reports and management.

I started my career in sales working for a Microsoft partner and managing sales between £500K - £1mil. I moved into recruitment and built the Technical recruitment team in the UK from the ground up. I side stepped into a Business Manager role for a small IT managed services business responsible for people management, process implementation, operations and relationship and business management.

I now head up a team in the Technical Operations department of an InsurTech, responsible for recruitment, diversity and geo-strategy; learning and development; conferences, training and leadership development; offshore partners and workers and early years and apprenticeships.

I am an experienced manager of people and am passionate about achieving high performance within my team through ensuring high psychological safety, satisfaction and empowerment.

I am at my best when motivating others to “achieve the impossible”, and see adversity as just another opportunity. My energy and positive outlook makes me an enthusiastic leader and team member who drives for results.

I am a Level 5 CIPD Learning and Development manager and a certified psychometric testing practitioner.
