I am a design researcher, I specialise in innovation-centric research strategy and service design. I help teams plan and pitch design projects, conduct research, facilitate workshops, data analysis, ideate and define experiences for products and services. I am also working on increasing the environmental awareness of our society, and I believe that we can all contribute, with small steps every day, to make the world a more sustainable place.
