I’m an educator and program director with more than 16 years of experience leading community and educational projects. My journey has taken me from classrooms to strategic leadership roles, always with one purpose in mind: helping people grow—both personally and professionally.
I have studied and trained in the US, the UK, and Latin America, which has shaped my global perspective and deepened my belief in the power of learning to transform lives. Whether I’m designing a program, guiding a team, or mentoring one-on-one, I strive to create spaces where people feel empowered to discover their strengths, embrace challenges, and achieve their goals.
Coaching is a natural extension of my path. It allows me to bring together my passion for education, my experience in leadership, and my commitment to seeing others thrive.
