Short: I am a freelance experiences (10+years) UX Researcher from the Netherlands. I don't own a car, but multiple bikes (commute, bakfiets, road and gravel bike).
Long & professional: In the field of optimising user experiences (UX) I am an independent, fact-based, creative professional. My main motivation is to create a positive experience for the user of the product or service. The best way, in my humble opinion, to improve these is to involve the user by doing research. The core of my profession as UX researcher is the setup, execution and analysis of this research. I balance between abstract and pragmatism so we can steer on improving the design on points that really matter. I approach projects with a steady focus, whereby I include opinions and insights from the team. A work environment where I thrive is a place where I can use my resourceful way of thinking to develop and improve products.
