UX/UI team leader and people manager for client projects and internal initiatives. - Reimagined the home selling experience across desktop/mobile web and native apps. Redesigned a home valuation tool used by XX homeowners. 
- Created a discovery experience for new users, which increased Zillow Offers lead volume by 11%.
- Defined projects using personas, design sprints, experience outcome frameworks, UI tenants and traps, usability testing, and experience metrics.

- Designed human-centered solutions at an education startup specializing in matching students with tutors in a two-sided marketplace. 
- Redesigned the customer web experience using agile methodology, resulting in a 30% increase in client-initiated tutoring sessions and an 11% increase in lead conversions.

- Created and grew a bootstrapped online social creative community from 1,000 to 23,000 artists using lean product development principles. 
- Crafted a responsive and pen tablet-friendly web experience, established a community management team of four and ran day-to-day operations.

- Led the UX and UI design on product initiatives across client and instructor experiences at this online education startup
- Redesigned the instructor dashboard, responsive messaging platform, and the customer support site, the latter which led to a 10% reduction in bounce rate
