About Francesca Arce
Chapter Lead Service & Behavioral Design at Laureate
I believe that ideas have the power to have a positive impact on the world.
That is why I work understanding unmet needs to create relevant solutions that have a positive impact on their lives. I have worked partnering with IDEO and nowadays a work in an innovation and digital accelerator in Laureate, an education Benefit corporation. Also, I direct TEDxTukuy and I am a storyteller coach with the purpose of sharing stories that are worth spreading in Peru. I am a professor at the graduate school of the University of Lima and at Colectivo23, a Latam edtech.
I am passionate about human-centered design, how we can create solutions that solve people's unmet needs and tell stories of how we can contribute to our society.
