During this time, had the pleasure to work closely with highly specialised Research Teams and focused PMs who allowed us to user-test and A/B test in order to gain launching confidence and in the end enable us to re-evaluate every design decision. Created area development rituals such as bi-quarterly Area Syncs with peers across offices for 80 colleagues for our new area which I helped quick-off: Acquisition & Engagement.

Worked on the project App Connect. During this time and more generically created internal bridges to promote a more user-centric approach company wide by sharing both qualitative and quantitative research findings.
