About Francisca Diamond Casais

Freelancer Consultant Innovation | Product Manager Digital Solutions at Bridgestone EMEA

Hi there, I’m Francisca!

With over 7+ years of experience in IT, Engineering, Transportation, and Automotive, I specialize in digital transformation, innovation strategy, and problem-solving. I'm a Product Manager at Bridgestone and I’ve mentored over 60 internal intrapreneurs, helping them innovate from within and guiding them on their innovation journey while they're trying to fix their problems with digital solutions.

I believe in the power of empowering people , giving them the tools and space to create impactful solutions. I’m passionate about helping others grow, whether it’s through career transitions, innovation, or freelancing.

A few things about me: 1. I’m not afraid to talk about failure and the lessons it brings. 2. I’ve been promoted within 6 months in every role, and I can help you position yourself for growth. 3. I’m a lifelong learner, currently tackling Dutch, and I always ask: * "When was the last time you tried something new?" *

So... Let’s connect to explore how you can innovate and grow in your career!

Sessions with Francisca Diamond Casais

• Innovation / Creative Ideation (60 min): Do you need or want to start innovating and don't know how? Are you looking for ideas to brainstorm better or more effectively with your team about a certain topic? This mentorship might be for you! We also will cover what your specific problem is, how you might tackle it, and we can create together the structure for you to do it in the company you work for. Due to ADP's bug-gy scheduling, once we have the first session, we will book other calls and make this long-term as per both of ours' availability! One of the sessions should be longer, towards 1h30-2h00. The Innovator's Mindset is something you probably already had within you as a child: curiosity, ability to learn from trial and error (or trial and learning, as error presumes that you had a right way to do something, and that's not always the case!). Let's bring it back :)
