Hello there! I'm Franziska, a User & UX Research Expert.

Looking back, I realize my path to market and UX research started much earlier than I thought. As a kid, I was that curious child, always asking “why?” and trying to figure out how things worked. Little did I know, that this natural inquisitiveness was laying the groundwork for my future career.

I have extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative market and user research, as well as consumer psychology, with over 8 years of professional experience - spanning across industries and with a focus on user research. Thereby, working closely with product managers, designers, and developers, utilizing the Double Diamond Design Thinking approach.

I can help you with planning and conducting all kinds of UX Research methods and projects optimizing the user experience of your users and help you deliver fast and actionable insights that will help you iterate quickly
