Hi, I'm Frauke, a UX Designer and User Researcher with a background in psychology. I have been working in this industry since 2004 and have a lot of experience both as an in-house designer as well as an external consultant. I supported companies in various sectors (eCom, finance, healthcare, government, tourism, insurance, gaming) to plan and build successful and user-friendly digital products and services. I can support other UX designers in learning the craft through hands-on tips about wireframe design and user research. I am also happy to help UX Designers build a career by focusing on soft skills, becoming better at stakeholder management, collaboration (i.e. workshop techniques) and presentations (i.e. research findings).
