Project Management Director
Led project management efforts for a nonprofit psycho-spiritual training institute, overseeing digital strategy, operations, and educational platform development.
- Directed the launch of Helix’s digital presence, including website production, brand development, and ongoing social media and newsletter campaigns.
- Developed the business model and strategic plan, aligning organizational goals with platform capabilities and community engagement.
- Built and managed the institute’s learning platform using Circle, integrating CRM, email automation, and student communications.
- Oversaw operational functions including budgeting, payroll, billing, and early-stage fundraising.
- Collaborated with cross-disciplinary teams of educators, creatives, and tech vendors to deliver a seamless educational experience.
- Provided structural support to faculty and leadership on curriculum delivery, program rollout, and digital infrastructure optimization.

As part of the Publicis Network, I scoped, planned, and produced multimillion dollar creative campaigns, website development strategies, and communication processes for clients in a variety of industries.

Clients: CityMD, Piedmont, Blue Shield of California, Bristol Meyer Squibb
- Defined roles and responsibilities within departments to ensure clear communication methods were used to improve employee relations and skillfully resolve conflicts.
- Road mapped agency deliverables, such as media plans, creative, and strategic deliverables, in order to ensure the highest client satisfaction.
- Managed multiple Program Managers, which included overseeing daily activities, providing training and managing performance.  
- Led the organizational transformation with the integration of Publicis financial, production, and department processes across new agencies by by meeting with stakeholders and defining process.

Led the Program Management team on Smucker’s Pet food line.  Defined the project scope, including designing a RACI chart, recruited and oversaw staff, worked closely with individuals and teams on conflict resolution, analyzed production processes, and performed financial reporting.

Client: Smuckers Pet Food  (12/18 – 9/20)
- Oversaw the goals and performance of the Delivery team managing the delivery of campaign assets across 11 brands (i.e., Milkbone, Meow Mix, Nutrish, and Puperoni).
- Led transformational workshops to improve communications and define ways of working between Smuckers and PSOne.
- Managed conflict resolution initiatives and employee relations issues to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment. 
- Led the organizational transformation process with the integration of multiple agency groups to service the Smuckers’ brand, which led to a multi-year successful client engagement.
- Led the process of road mapping agency deliverables including media plans, creative initiatives, and strategic deliverables.
- Developed and maintained multimillion dollar project scope, technical requirements, timing, and budgets.

Client: Citibank  (6/2015 – 12/2018)
- Led the design and development of a Citi Rewards platform across 19 counties with a variety of language and cultural requirements.
- Led transformation of Client’s work processes from Waterfall to Agile Methodology.
- Managed a team of Integrated Producers, UX and Creative designers and technical experts.
- Led the scoping of annual deliverables, budgets, and staffing plans
- Acted as the primary contact between Development teams, clients, vendors, and partner agencies. Documented and communicated project needs and assisted with conflict resolution initiatives. 
- Managed the defect resolution and quality assurance processes with multiple agency partners and clients.
- Developed and maintained multimillion dollar project scope, technical requirements, timing, and budgets.

- Ran multiple program initiatives simultaneously as the client-facing group lead.
- Led the design and development of enterprise site build for Shire, a leader in rare disease treatment
- Updated the RFI allocations and burn report system for managing companywide staffing.
- Created materials and trained the Production team on best production practices, which was comprised of a series of sessions on public speaking and negotiation tactics.
- Developed several campaigns for Samsung, including the promotion of the innovative technology division.

Producer of Oscar Mayer’s Bacon Barter, an award-winning multiplatform event, which included a two-week live tour where the spokesman’s destination was determined by Tweets. Supported media including website, videos, and social media outreach.  Manage enterprise level discovery and development for Toyota Corporate Website

Produced Cannon’s Project Imagination contest, Hess’ Toy Truck 2012 iOS game and delivery of website and delivery of media assets for TJ Maxx.

- Responsible for the production of Facebook application with multiple videos, mobile game (iOS and Android) and banner campaign for Blue Shield of California 
- Consultated on Social Media Strategies and technical considerations for Newcastle, Blue Shield Campaigns and other active client projects
- Handled third party vendor relationships, including RFPs, SOWs, deliverables, timetables, QA and Facebook applications

Spearheaded the setup of the new Digital Technology and Innovation Group (responsible for the development of marketing, application development and special projects for the 26 beauty brands owned by Estée Lauder). Directed the execution of a white label Drupal-based content delivery system for Facebook featuring easy maintenance systems for rollout over 26 Brands.

Led producer of an interdisciplinary teams of user experience designers, visual designers, interactive programmers, developers and animators working on the School of Visual Arts Site.

Project manager and developer on a web application for users to upload facial images onto videos, which resulted in 6 million users within one month after launch

Lead for all client relationships and projects for marketing and communication firm which specialized in broadcast design, motion graphics, and interactive development.  Prepared RFPs and sales presentations, created budgets, outlined deliverables; hired and managed animation, development and design teams.  Lead Animator on VH1’s BAMFF award nominated series “Lords of the Revolution”
