About Freddie Page
Director of Application Development - Americas at Michelin
I'm Freddie. I'm an IT Executive focused on Pioneering Agentic SDLC & AI-Native Software Engineering, Digital Transformation, and advising Clemson on board matters. I lead enterprise technology organizations through transitions that matter most right now.
Before that, I co-founded a technology-driven initiative to guide enterprise IT transitions and delivered leadership across Michelin’s global software and end-user enablement programs. At Michelin, I led a global technology organization, managed a multi-year budget and global service desk initiatives, and drove migrations to Microsoft O365 while embedding AI into SDLC processes.
I’d love to help students and people starting out, people changing careers, professionals growing in their role, and new managers and team leads. We can work on finding a career direction, reviewing a portfolio or resume, practicing for interviews, growing skills and solving work challenges, navigating offers and negotiation, leading people and working with others, and building confidence and perspective. Bring your questions, and we’ll find a practical next step together.
