Consultant part of the Network and Engineering Services unit collaborating with several projects for several international telecommunications Clients, in Angola, Brasil, Cabo Verde and Portugal. 
Main responsibilties/activities:
▪	Strategy management and technical support for the roll-out of LTE and FTTH/GPON networks supporting directly the Executive Commission and Client’s technical teams;
▪	Project manager for Client´s Business Support Systems (BSS) and Operations Support Systems (OSS) services implementation;
▪	Process re-engineering:  evaluated the activities, processes, tools and operation methodologies of Client’s Group commercial and technical areas and developed several initiatives, integrated in the group quality of service program, for process re-engineering, gaps suppression and efficiency gains on Client’s operation, processes, field operation and financial.
▪	IP Network trainning;
▪	Evaluation of Client´s radio transmission network for technical optimization proposal.
