• Identifying key growth pillars and ensuring delivery of the marketing initiatives for Komo by EastWest, the 
company's newest digital banking service
• Defining the strategy and execution for brand, marketing, growth, and CRM initiatives to achieve Komo’s 
business goals (activation, retention, churn). Doubled the acquired users in 8 months while working 
towards a higher ADB and MAU.
• Understanding the full customer view through data analytics, marketing research, and feedback/social 
listening. Worked with the developer team to onboard an MMP, CRM platform, and survey processes which
should provide the team a better view of what to fix throughout the user funnel.
• Consulted whenever cross-functional teams build and conceptualize consumer-facing initiatives (issue 
management, app experience, community management)

• Optimized targeted initiatives for the activation and engagement lifecycle phase of GCash users by 
designing programs and quick iterations to identify what needs be improved or scaled
• Ran CRM campaigns for newly boarded customers and partnership placements. This includes promo 
conceptualization & management and CRM campaign strategy

• Designed the strategy and prioritization matrix / platform with agile concepts while using JIRA; which 
decreased the number of campaigns by 100+ monthly to 30+ while delivering attainment of growth 
targets
• Defined the GTM strategy and growth pillars for emerging B2B and B2C products:
• Acquired online business sellers at 50% MoM growth in two months by designing the product 
onboarding flow and implementing growth marketing initiatives
• #FightCOVID19 campaign: Drove over-all growth for GCash during the pandemic (2020); 
Google’s case study because of effectivity and best practices during COVID
• GCredit (Credit product): Doubled repayment rates for past due users after crafting a direct 
channel campaign and grew new credit line borrowers by 73% post-ECQ

Defined GTM strategy and owned CRM initiatives for the Financial Services pillar and selected 
GCash-wide campaigns:
o GSave: Launched the #PlsSaveMe, an IMC campaign encouraging Filipinos to break 
records and bad spending habits on World Savings Day (October 31) with 500,000 savings 
accounts post campaign
o Winning Firsts: Increase over-all user engagement by designing a crossell promo mechanic

• Worked as a marketing planner and coordinator for GCash’s B2B and new B2C financial services 
features
• Specifically took part in ensuring product growth, planning for communication, & project delivery:
• GCredit: Reached a 90k user mark a year after the product beta launch; ran and iterated 
experiments and growth strategies which are still currently applied
• B2B: Plotted marketing initiatives across the lifecycle journey for newly onboarded HR partners
