- Enabled 700+ engineers to deploy daily through the best DevSecOps practices, improving SDLC efficiency and enabling experimentation.
- Enabled global growth from 1 to 23 countries, servicing over 3 million users, and receiving 1.8M orders worth $7.7 billion annually.
- Established a new SRE team leveraging Engineering practices to the Operations, increasing App SLO from 97% to 99% and reducing MTTR by 30%.
- Established a new cross-functional FinOps team, saving $1.3M in 8 months.

Led 2 (two) cross-functional teams where we engaged with customers and the contact centre of Telefonica to understand the customer journey, pain points, and new opportunities. We developed a new B2B customer app for Telefonica, helping customers manage their usage, addressing complex problems in the legacy, reducing the bounce rate to 0.07% and also optimising user navigation time by 70%, and increasing store ratings by 20%.

Established a robust DevSecOps process collaborating with security, compliance, infrastructure and tooling areas, automating SOX evidence, certifying quality and security, and enabling one-click deployment anytime in 12 months for Telefonica.

Drove the development of a headless ECommerce to Renault launch a new car model in Brazil, achieving 40% of sales conducted digitally with 70% of traffic from mobile devices in 1 year, transforming the sales process.

Led AWS partner and was Responsible for designing, planning, and managing the roadmap to deliver a SaaS platform to connect Embraco devices to AWS (IoT) within 1 (one) year, tracking sensor events and consumer behaviour to adjust parameters remotely, resulting in a 10% reduction in maintenance costs and a 15% reduction in energy consumption.

Managed 45+ team members to support legacy systems through L2 and L3 services, reducing support calls from 700/month to 280/month, enabling reallocation of OPEX to new business applications in 12 months.

Leading team to reengineer the awarded Credit Score system, reducing the claims ratio by 20% through better customer portfolio description, leading to more efficient product pricing and significant cost savings in 10 months.

Leading team to design and develop two solutions:
- Reconciliation Support System (SACI) : Ensured data integration for complex nightly batch processes across thousands of distributed systems.
- Corporate Email Framework : Managed blacklist/whitelist capabilities and audit logs to ensure scalability.

Additionally, I took a seat in the Enterprise Architecture team evaluating and validating architectural decisions across all projects, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategy.

As a TechLead, I was responsible for designing and developing the "Extranet Investment Funds" platform. This platform enabled customers to track and analyse the performance of their investments.

I worked on new features for the Cardio (ERP) and Linfo (BI) solutions, using .NET/C# 2.0, SQL Server 2005 and web services, including improvement on the solution’s performance using NDepend (static code analysis) to support the refactoring strategy, multithreading and in-memory caching.

I worked to gather requirements to design the survey system for a new preventive health evaluation used by doctors to collect information from elderly people. I developed the new system using .NET/C# 3.5 and Crystal Reports.

Preparation of technical documents to support the MPS-BR (Process Improvement of Brazilian Software) certification.

Developed a new Home Broker for commodities and futures, follow and confirmation BM&F client's operations for Santander bank, using .NET / C # 2.0, JavaScript, Ajax, Oracle 8i and SQL Server 2005. Use of the Repository pattern that depending on the functionality connects to a particular database.

Developed a new module for Finivest system of Unibanco bank (Loja.com), developed in .NET/C# 2.0, JavaScript, using Microsoft Host Integrator Server 2004 and the bank's own framework for reading copybook, header, and trailer files of a high platform (IBM DB2).

I participated in the creation of a WEB Systems for HR Area at Banco Votorantim, a WorkFlow for 360-Degree feedback,  with user management, restricted access, records of issues and reports. Developed with ASP.NET 1.1 (WebForms), Web Services (ASMX), MSMQ (for notifications) and SQL Server 2005.

Develop the solution to control school grades of the American Schools of São Paulo (graded.br) using ASP 3.0, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL Server 2005. Also, lead the .NET study group.

I worked as a database developer for the inventory system, adding relevant data for each industry's equipment, generating reports, and optimising stored procedures in SQL Server 2000. Also design and developed a new Intranet System to display internal news and employee information using ASP.NET 1.1 (Webforms), JavaScript and SQL Server 2000.
