🔸 Spearheaded a cross-border web/mobile project for Bayer, designed to enhance grain management systems for farmers in Mexico and Argentina, significantly improving their operational efficiency and connection to global markets.

• I managed a multidisciplinary team of 21 employees, divided into UX / UI, Development, Infrastructure, Processes, and Support.
• I worked with managers, directors, and internal and external presidents.
• I managed large projects such as improvements to the company's proprietary ERP, the deployment of SalesForce SalesForce, two applications, a B2C and another B2B (IOS / Android), and its web platforms, migrated an infrastructure to Amazon AWS, implemented the IBW Integration BUS, and carried out other smaller projects.

• I deployed Tableau to leaders, directors, and the president.
• I developed reports on Tableau to monitor commercial, financial, and operational.

• I led the company's ERP support and development team, prioritizing the backlog demands according to the users' needs and the company's direction.
• I led the migration project from Microsoft Exchange to Gmail.
• I implemented Oracle UPK (User Productivity Kit) to develop training for sales, operations, and technology and training programs.

• I developed reports in Crystal Reports for Itaú call center managers.

• I conducted training and support in systems and infrastructure and implemented new modules of the system used in Basic Health Units and public hospitals on the east side of São Paulo.
