I’ve spent more than 15 years working in UX, product design and leadership roles, helping teams build products used by millions of people across Latin America.

But what I value the most from that journey isn’t only the scale or the titles — it’s the people I’ve helped grow along the way.

Throughout my career, mentoring naturally became one of the most meaningful parts of my work: helping designers gain confidence, think more strategically, navigate uncertainty and grow into leadership roles.

I know how challenging it can be to grow in complex organizations, balance execution with strategy, or figure out your next career step. I’ve been through many of those moments myself.

Today, I want to create the kind of conversations I wish I had earlier in my career: honest, practical and supportive.
