At Africa Leadership University, I lead the product development of educational programs and digital experiences designed to develop transformative leaders across Africa. This involves translating institutional strategy into tangible program and product roadmaps, working across academic, technology, and business development teams to deliver outcomes that are both academically rigorous and market-relevant.

Key focus areas include executive education program design, leveraging data and user insights to continuously improve the learner experience, and building partnerships that extend ALU's impact across the continent

As a subject market expert for the Sub Saharan Africa region, I lead on operationalizing market focused safety solutions at scale. I drive the design of low risk and high quality projects to meet the needs, wants and sentiments of users. Since joining the team, leveraging on the strength that cross functional teams to curate and launch  of market sensitive policies and agent support materials that has optimized healthy interactions on Twitter. Also, I have explored the use of artificial intelligence to strengthen the safety of users in the Sub Saharan Africa Region.

I provide program and technical leadership for the Base Innovation Program which is funded by the World Bank-funded program through the Ghana Ministry of Communication and currently by the Mastercard Foundation under their Young Africa Works portfolio. Leading a team of 40 and working with a multifaceted stakeholder group across Ghana, I lead the team to facilitate specific market-relevant digital skills training, job placement, business incubation, and acceleration support for young people across Ghana.

•   Managed the activities of delivery partners and key stakeholders in implementing project deliverables which led to a 97% completion rate

•   Collaborated with regional and global communication teams to ensure visibility for key project milestones. This amassed an average of 1000k impressions on social media postings and newsletters.

•   Curated and standardized the business incubation and acceleration products which reached close to 3,500 young people in Ghana.

• Ensured that all project log frame matrix were continuously revised and updated which led to 75% compliance with project documentation.

• Designed and implemented enterprise social interventions for 16 communities in the La Nkwantanang Madina-Municipal Assembly
• Supported multiple teams to deliver their objectives in a fast-paced environment from roadmap planning to execution, identifying risk and resolving key project conflicts.
• Successfully oversaw the activities of 5 projects with a combined annual budget of $60k.
• Integrated multiple third-party systems such as Trello and Slack to ensure that all stakeholders and project teams are constantly updated on project activities.

•Provided finance-related support in the form of raising Purchase orders, tracking payment of contractors and preparing procurement documents.
