1. Collaborate with management team to craft the company’s vision, mission, value and culture

- Building Rata’s people and organization strategy from scratch
- Responsible for developing HR strategically, evaluating and overseeing all HR function

•Serve as a PIC of Recruitment team to drive overall new hiring process in local university (UGM, Universitas Sriwijaya, Binus, UMN) including new partnership with international institute (PPI) until the end-to-end process
• Serve as a PIC of Employer Branding to increase the awareness of overseas indonesia student, i.e Tokopedia Connect
• Define the partnership roadmap and ensure that this is synchronized with the overall hiring objective
• Take responsibility to hiring internship and full time position, i.e Technology, People, Finance, Office Management, Business Development, etc
• Prepare and provide new hiring method for technology position to increasing the talent pool, i.e online hiring, speed dating interview

•Assist in HR Recruitment process,i.e sourching candidate from online platform and offline resume
•Conduct administration of the psychological test and scoring the test
•Input the result of the psychological test to the software
•Helping the Personal Development staff to do simple analysis to make a profiling about the candidate
•Making a flyer design, i.e Job hiring poster
•Making a soft skill and hard skill training material for Management Development Programme
