About Gabriella Hirsch

UX Research Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co

For those transitioning to UX Research and/or UXR beginners Our time together will be much more fruitful if you first read Simon Taylor's google doc "UX Research Resources for Beginners" . This contains curated resources like books, media, people to follow and much more to get you started in the field.

About me I am a PhD-trained mixed-method UX Research Manager at JPMorgan Chase, based in the Chicago office. Currently, I support the “Employee Experience” organization at JPMC, working to create customer-grade experiences for internal-facing digital products and services.

In my spare time, I enjoy trying new restaurants in the city, and taking my German Shorthair Pointer, Lira for long walks in the park!

I’m happy to chat about all things UX, including (but not limited to):

-Transitioning to UXR from academia -Resume development and interviewing -UXR career planning and development -Stakeholder management -Project scoping and planning -Research for products vs services -Research-Design relationships -People management & mentoring
