Responsible for the UX of the Customer Experience product line and its mobile apps. I am leading a team of product designers & researchers, providing in-depth research, recommendations,
and visual comps to improve user experience and visual appeal of all our client applications as it expands to compete with new, international markets.

Roles and responsibilities are as follows:

•	Conducting user research and testing, prepare high-level designs, video animations & websites for clients.

•	Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs. Design, code, debug, test solution to meet functional and technical specifications according to organizational quality standards.

•	Involved in various aspects of a product's creation from concept and story writing to the coding and programming.

•	Using Application Program Interfaces (APIs) – a set of pre-built commands that allow different software to interact.

•	Edit videos, make animated presentations using multimedia skills for the clients or in-house production.

•	Manipulates computer animation, audio, video and graphic image files into multimedia programs to produce data and content for implementing new features in the current website/portal.

•	Thoroughly design the experience, graphics, hi-fidelity mock-ups, audio-videos throughout the development by describing user needs, special notes or assumptions if any, and change requests.

•	Involved in analyzing, specifying and developing Internet strategies, web-based methodologies and development plans.

•	Assist in the design thinking process to build and deploy solutions at various client places. Responsible to produce data and content for interactive CDs, touch kiosks, multimedia presentations, websites, mobiles, games, application solutions, entertainment, and educational products.

Responsible for designing Internal Practices, Client products and services that are innovative, desirable, delightful to use. Involved in strategic decisions, at project and team level, in all user experience related activities. Worked on mobile phone applications as well as service design of the future.

Key Responsibilities include but were not limited to: 

• Generate information and communication technology (ICT) based goods that keep amused, educate and/or enlighten the customer. It is his core duty to plan, produce and maintain web sites and web applications using web programming, scripting, authoring, content management and file transfer software.

• Manage the assigned project within budget while producing data and responsible for creating visual & interactive content for interactive multimedia presentations, websites, mobiles, CBTs, video games, application solutions, entertainment and e-learning products. 

• Meet with clients to establish their expectations and needs. Anticipate any potential project risks, identifying and establishing web strategies & design methodologies. He is to proactively supports and contributes to the Client Servicing Team responsible for the Client.

• Work with drawings, sketches, models or written instructions to design the product. Designing and developing Internet sites applying a mixture of artistry, creativity with software but may extend to reasonable involvement in writing code.

• Participate in discussions with developers, product managers, network specialists regarding design or development issues, such as SOW, Workplans, Design Sprints,  Security and Website/Application Deployment.

• Create design ideas using computer-based design packages such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Flash Player and 3D Flash Animator, Apple Final Cut Pro X and Avid audio production software.

Responsibilities included: directing the creative concept and production of rich media web application GUI (graphic user interface) in collaboration with proprietary technology developed for content discovery applications used by major publishers and advertisers. Additional responsibilities included brand development/management, creative websites, flash presentations, motion graphics, iPhone games/apps & web marketing

I was leading the design team, mainly from video and animation strategy. My job was to design, develop animations for websites & documentaries or other video presentations. I also was heading
department for making flash animated e -cards and gr aphics for CBTs & CD Roms.

I was responsible for teaching all aspects and subjects of Multimedia, including designing graphics, animations & video production.
