I've spent 20+ years proving it's a business problem, one that determines whether people trust a product, adopt it, and pay for it.
I've built and led design and product functions inside McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, Salesforce, and PayU — organizations where design has to survive contact with strategy, engineering, and P&L, not just a critique room.
That's where I learned that the winning product isn't the one with the most features. It's the one people understand fastest, trust fastest, and adopt fastest.
Today I operate at founder altitude, sitting where product architecture, brand psychology, AI-native systems, and go-to-market thinking converge building the connected experience ecosystems that let early-stage companies punch above their weight against funded incumbents.
