- Planning, designing and developing  marketing campaigns 
- Establishing workflows for requesting, creating, editing, and publishing social media content and communications (including real-time implementations)
- Managing day to day social media activities thru posting, writing editorial with unique, fun engaging content
- Assists with training, coaching, and evaluating associates
- Work closely with PR and marketing on social marketing content plans and execution, including creative assets and text for social and branding communication
- Taking care of the communications to all our customer base through push notifications, app notifications, and e-mailers
