Responsibilities:
-Provide the required hands-on software development and project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra/International teams communications to deliver successful products to end customers. 
-Prepare the Program Plan to include the Individual Project Plans/Risks and Mitigation Plans to address the each teams dependencies. § Communicate with Business/Product Owners and Implementation teams to align the requirements and groom them on a regular basis.
-Work closely with software development engineers, QA, product managers and other engineering teams to get high quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time). 
-Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders. Identify the risks and mitigation plans and create the project wiki to document the project artefacts. 
-Lead several technical programs for the Rackspace Private and Public Cloud Business, Microsoft AZURE, Google Cloud and AWS migrations. 
-Worked closely with the end customers and translated the opportunities into the closed won deals and increased the revenue. 
-Conducted regular meetings (Daily/Weekly/SIT and UAT triage/ War Room/Story Grooming/Sign Off/ Release Plan/Implementation Plan)

•	Rendered technical expertise with regards to design, development & system integration across multiple client engagements
•	Worked with the Product Development team on artifacts such as Product Backlog, Spring Backlog, Sprint Burn down and Release Burn down

•	Played as  Architect/ Dev Manager for this project which is of 6 Years.
•	Managed a team of 25 Developers/ QE teams to build strong risk and fraud models. 
•	Reviewed requirements along with Product/QE and Architects.
•	Created a Teamwork’s site to ensure daily activities are met.
•	Conducted Cross Functional Road shows to find the impact analysis.
•	Collected all 135 Restriction across the system and created a framework to identify the integration touch points and involved cross functional team in the early development phase.
•	Automated 135 Restriction types to deploy any changes to production with a minimum code changes.
•	Grouped all the restriction types and created the test scenarios to simulate all restriction types.
•	Created a DEV Pair up testing for each service and given maximum coverage.
•	Created CC/Debit/Risk Models and Developed PayPal Buyer and Seller Protection Policies
•	Migrate, reengineer, design and develop more than 22 integration solutions and process models. Developed Message HandlerAdapter, which converts the data objects into XML message and invoke an enterprise service and vice-versa using JAVA, JMS and MQ Series. 
•	Compile design documents and Operations guide. Perform Testing from DEV to E2E through SIT, bug-fixing and performance tuning. Support to client during implementation and issue resolution. 
•	Used Apache POI-HSSF for generating reports in MS Excel and iText for generate PDF reports. Used parsers like SAX and DOM for parsing xml documents and used XML transformations using XSLT.
•	Facilitated sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and software demonstrations.

•	Implemented QA process to strengthen the quality of the product.
•	Managing offshore team of 50 people and get the work done on a timely manner without impacting business schedules.
•	Created DB Schemas in Cassandra.
•	Created test bed for the new feature.
•	Created automation framework for Passbook features.
•	Created an API test automation suite using SOAP Client.
•	Created JNUT test cases for the unit test case automation and implemented CI tool to test nightly builds.
•	Created a build automation tool to certify hourly builds.
•	Created scrum teams and delivered all without slipping any deliveries using Agile process.
•	Given training to all QA team members on Automation and converted them to QE’s
•	Developed a strong relationship with clients; understanding business requirements in order to facilitate proper testing strategy for client’s needs.
•	Initiated ZERO Defect plan for all the scrums.
•	Created a test plan with multiple devices with multiple softwares – IOS /Windows/Blackberry.
