I often tell people that to be a great PM, you need to wear many hats. In my case, I have worn them literally. My professional journey began as an IT Project Manager before I transitioned into Frontend Engineering and then UI/UX Design. Eventually, all these paths converged into Product Management. This background gives me a unique perspective because I have lived every stage of the product lifecycle.
