Hi I'm Garima! I'm a UX Designer working at Deloitte Digital in Melbourne, Australia. I graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University) in Melbourne with a Bachelor of Design (Communication Design) with a distinction.

I'm passionate about curating meaningful digital experiences that solve user problems and cater to complex business flows and goals. I enjoy working in cross-competency design teams, working hand-in-hand with developers, BAs and business SMEs. Previously, I have worked with Deloitte Digital India (UX Designer), Lollypop Studio (UX Intern), RMIT University (Service Designer), and Deloitte India (Brand and Communications Intern).

Recently, I started as a Design Mentor at RMIT University, Melbourne. I'm passionate about sharing my industry experiences with graduates, aspiring designers, and even just friends! I love sharing insights I wish someone shared with me as a fresh graduate! Nothing makes me happier than being able to support my peers, my team mates, and my mentees.

My purpose is to empower anyone and everyone by providing them the right kind of mentoring that I wish I had. Given an opportunity to work with ADPList, I would be able to achieve my personal goal of making a difference in the design community.
