About Gayathri Surianarayanan

Lead Test Engineer/Data Analyst at Isoftech Inc

My role is Quality Engineering and Data Validation for large scale software and AI Systems utilized in Education and Healthcare. I help teams develop, deploy and maintain the accuracy, fairness, transparency of their data driven and machine learning solutions so they can be successfully deployed.

In my daily role, I review data pipelines to validate the output of Machine Learning models; I identify potential risks for the teams and I provide them with a basis to make informed engineering decisions when developing and deploying solutions.

Outside of my professional role, I have a passion for Teaching and Mentoring. I have been volunteering for past 7 years at a non profit organization Valluvan Tamil Academy that teaches Tamil language for 600+ kids as teacher. I am also a Coach for FLL Challenge for past 5 years, where I support students through the development of their robotics, programming, systems thinking and teamwork skills. Through these experiences, I have developed my ability to take complex topics and explain them in an easy to understand manner while also providing encouragement and support. I find it rewarding to assist students, interns and new engineers looking for practical guidance in establishing a solid foundation in Software, Data and AI.
