“I had specific, practical questions about CX that I had exhausted google trying to find trustworthy answers to. Gene provided some great insight and clarity in a structured, professional and friendly way.”
“The session with Gene had me thinking a lot after our conversation! Hearing about his leadership experiences helped me better grasp what it means to lead with an understanding of each individual. I’m grateful for this opportunity to be mentored by him.”
“It was really refreshing to hear Gene's POV because he was so easy to talk to and humble. I wanted to learn more about what his day-to-day looked like and we had such a great conversation on career pathing. It's really nice to see more AAPI representation in executive leadership roles and hearing what his path was like. I look forward to reconnecting with him again to further our discussions.”
