UX Manager - DGM at Jio Platforms
As a mentor, I can help you discover alternative approaches to your UX design & research challenges. I can also teach you how to negotiate better with Product Management, Development, and Senior Executives to maintain healthy stakeholder tension.
Currently, I have more than 15 years of experience. I am a Deputy General Manager (UX) at Jio Platforms. My previous employer was Athenahealth, where I was a Lead UXD. I created experiences that help healthcare providers and admins improve the quality of care and be incentivised for it. Before that, I worked at Honeywell, IBEE Solutions, and Cisco (Cisco acquired July Systems).
During my bachelor's (Honors) in design at The University of Central Lancashire, UK, I worked as a carer at patients' and nursing homes. I also worked at Tesco as a shelver for the medical aisle. Ironically, shelving individual packs of Paracetamol upright was my biggest headache :)
