My team is working on the internal developer experience for Snowflake engineers.

As the founding engineering manager of the AWS IDE Toolkits team, I grew the team from 12k to 200k MAU and from 2 to 25 engineers. We shipped AWS's first coding agents (CodeWhisperer and Amazon Q). I shifted the team from direct contributions to helping more than 20 AWS service teams deliver great developer experiences for their customers.

Led a team of 22 engineers. Turned around a neglected portfolio, saving $500,000 in actual yearly costs in the first 6 months. We improved productivity, reduced risk and lowered costs through engineering, retirement and realignment.
Ran Microsoft's largest governance, risk management and compliance system (Archer - GRC), an orchestration engine that is the foundation of Microsoft's commerce platforms and several other mission critical services.

I focused on developer experiences including Windows Debuggers (500k MAU), migrating Windows to Git, and developing a test automation framework that now ships with Visual Studio.
