I am a Recruiting Manager with international experience hiring across corporate, commercial, operational, and early-career roles within large multinational organizations. Having recruited for positions ranging from interns to senior leaders, I bring a practical understanding of how hiring decisions are made at different levels and what truly helps candidates stand out.

Beyond recruitment, I have built and led Talent Acquisition teams during periods of organizational transformation and mentored interns and early-career professionals as they navigated their first roles, career decisions, and transitions into full-time employment. Supporting people at the beginning of their careers — and seeing their confidence and clarity grow — has been one of the most meaningful parts of my work.

We focus on the transition from individual contributor to manager — building confidence, communicating with your team, setting expectations, and navigating common early leadership challenges. • Career Direction & Job Search Strategy (60 min): Feeling stuck or unsure about your next move? This session helps you clarify your career direction and create a focused job search strategy.
