Hi, I'm Gess. I'm the Head of Product Design at MPB and Photographer based in Brighton with over 20 years of experience in the Design industry. I empower UX and Design teams, understand the needs and priorities of different stakeholders, advocate for the value of design and build design strategies that align with business needs.

I have previously designed and led design teams at Avalara, Futrli by Sage, Credit Suisse, ITV, Compass Group, Harrods, London MET, BlueRunner Solutions and more.
