- Introduced detailed As-is and To-be customer experience journeys by developing service blueprints, customer journey maps across online and offline journeys, and user personas, informed by thorough customer research.
- Mapped the first-of-its-kind system map for the service booking journey on LeanIX, to be able to inform all stakeholders of the customer journey on the same page. Described pain points and opportunities at the system level. 
- Identified gaps and inconsistencies by collaborating closely with the product team to define 36 key use cases across product experiences, focusing on where the customer journey was falling short of expectations. I provided actionable insights that led to a 15% increase in owner manual downloads during the handover step.
