Hi I’m Ghizlane and have a dual career (academia and corporate). my experience covers 12 years working for global organizations in the areas on customer insights, UX and CX. I help researchers (with Phd degrees and more) who want to transition from academia to corporate landing their first job in UX and CX fields. I help specifically with job search strategies, have more career clarity, leverage transferable skills, move from academic to corporate job applications format and more. I also help career starters in Ux and CX to excel in their roles supporting them in topics such as stakeholders management, program and project management, time management, negociation and other skills.
