How to create personas, and leverage them in design.

Creating and leveraging user personas

As an Independent Consultant, I leverage nearly a decade of experience in strategy and operations management consulting to take on diverse projects for clients. During this period, I've had the opportunity to collaborate with several organizations, including but not limited to:

1. CEC - Centro Empresarial Católico. In my voluntary role as a Task Force Associate at CEC, a dynamic community of entrepreneurs dedicated to growth, faith, and service, I'm actively involved in two key initiatives:

Public Relations (PR): Collaborating with a team of leaders to enhance CEC's LinkedIn presence and share the remarkable work of this organization.

Life at CEC: Partnering with one of CEC co-founders to create newsletters, plan immersive retreats, and curate a menu of vibrant activities for our valued members.

- For an International Non-Profit Organization (Fundraising Committee) | Advisor
During this time, I started working with an international non-profit organization based in Krakow, Poland. I assisted them in enhancing their LinkedIn profiles and utilizing the platform to seek patrons willing to support their community activities.

- For an agrotech startup based in Guadalajara, Mexico | Advisor
I am currently providing consulting services to an agrotech startup based in Guadalajara, Mexico, where I contributed to enhancing the organizational structure and worked on an internal consulting project for the launch of a new business line. My responsibilities also included logistics and transportation consulting for this leading Mexican company with global partnerships in Hong Kong and Australia, facilitating the import and export of goods to position Mexican products in global markets.

During this phase of my career, I'm actively seeking my next professional opportunity while continuing to thrive in these consulting roles, combining my extensive expertise with a passion for making a meaningful impact.

During the summer of 2023, I transitioned from my role as VP at Infomineo, opening up a new chapter in my career journey. As I actively explore new opportunities, this period has allowed me to focus on personal growth and engage in various enriching activities, both personally and professionally.

Throughout this break, I've dedicated time to a variety of activities, including reading and participating in leadership development opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills. Additionally, I've shared my professional experiences with others, fostering meaningful connections and collaborations. In parallel, I've embarked on personal projects, nurturing my creativity and exploring new horizons. This career break has been a valuable opportunity for reflection and self-discovery, and I'm excited about the possibilities that lie ahead in my career. I'm grateful for the experiences and growth this break has provided.

Operations consultant in the Americas, including projects in Puerto Rico, Colombia, Ecuador and Nicaragua and a variety of industries (e.g., livestock, agriculture, motor vehicles or health services).
