I transitioned to the Global DEI Office earlier this year.  I work collaboratively with the team to develop our new DEI strategy and am responsible for Diversity Partnerships for the enterprise.  Over the last few months, I have created a strategy for our external professional organizations and work closely with Talent Acquistion, Ford Fund (philanthropic arm), Supplier Diversity and Marketing and Communication to align our strategies for engagement. Additionally, I support our ERGs and will work more closely with them over the next few months.

I look forward to learning from the team and enhancing my skills while bringing structure and a project management mindset to our work.  I am also really excited to learn and connect with our global team members in how they are supporting their teams.

In my new role, I will support Ford Pro in the areas of DEI, Learning & Development and Culture.  I am excited about this new chapter in my career and look forward to working with skilled, passionate and enthusiastic folks that want to change the world by helping customers support the Clean Energy Future.  I am supporting this growing global team by helping employees foster a sense of belonging, cultivate a practice of mindfulness and assist with their journey of learning and personal development.

General Manager of Substation Planning - responsible for managing the planning, scheduling and procurement departments for all of Substations (Bronx, Westchester, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island).  Managing several Project Managers and Program Managers with a Capital Budget of over $270M and schedulers that have to manager and schedule outages for all associated work..

Newly assigned to the Gas Conversion group - Engineering section.  We process all #2, #4 & #6 oil requests for converting to Natural Gas in Manhattan, Queens and the Bronx.  I have a staff of 5 direct reports, 15 indirects and some contractors that conduct service determinations, draw layouts and prepare cost estimates to customers.

Registered yoga teacher since March 2013, experience teaching fundamentals of yoga, Level 1/2 and Level 2/3.  Typically teaching 2-3 times a week, but have subbed classes teaching 7 classes a week.

Bronx Gas Construction is involved with the inspection, construction, installation and maintenance of the gas distribution system to maximize its integrity and reliability.

I am currently responsible for new construction and capital maintenance in Manhattan Substation Construction.

I currently work on the Public Service Commission (PSC) Management Audit Team where daily functions include analyzing trends, preparing and submitting sensitive communications, communicating trends and status to executives, scheduling interviews conducted by the PSC and an independent consultant for the Company, coordinating and running preparation and debriefing sessions for interviewees and note takers.

As a Gas Distribution Services Planner, my responsibilities include:
•	Plan PSC mandated inspections for main valves, BOPAs, high pressure inspections, etc.
•	Coordinate with internal and external customers to schedule meter work and new business jobs.
•	Track jobs monthly to ensure completion before PSC goal to avoid penalties and remain under budget.

As an Engineering Supervisor, my responsbilities incuded:
•	Supervise designers responsible for designing customer electric loads and service.
•	Coordinate with internal and external customers to schedule work.
•	Track jobs to ensure completion before PSC goal to avoid penalties and provide customer satisfaction.

Within Energy Management, my responsibilities:
 •	Purchase and sell wholesale energy in NY, PA, NJ, MD and the New England area.
•	Develop daily and weekly energy trading plans including generation units and transactions to meet native load requirements.
•	Work on area specific projects to specialize in that area’s market.

As a CCI in Manhattan Paving, my responsibilities included:
•	Supervise construction inspectors responsible for supervising contractors performing final restoration.
•	Coordinate with internal and external customers to schedule work.
•	Accrual monies for all jobs performed at the World Trade Center Disaster Repowering.

I sell handmade leather bound journals, soaps, balms, bath salts, etc. at fairs and festivals.  I also apply henna body art (temporary tattoos).

I worked in various capacities as intern, including:
Management Intern-Underground Construction Supervisor
•	Supervise mechanics and splicers responsible for scheduled and emergency situations
•	Coordinate crews for repairs of street lights
•	Promote company safety via safety talks and General Safety Instruction (GSI) Training

Management Intern-Operating Supervisor of Housings and Final Operations
•	Supervise mechanics responsible for reconditioning network protector housings
•	Coordinate crews for the paint cycle
•	Promote company safety via safety talks and the Close Call Program

Management Intern-Environmental Operations Supervisor
•	Supervise crews responsible for cleaning underground structures in both scheduled, emergency and oil spill situations
•	Maintain and operate wastewater treatment facilities and ensure compliance with NYC DEP Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit
•	Enforce company safety and environmental policies and procedures via field audits
