Product Designer responsible for PicPay Benefícios product (B2B2C), PicPay's flexible corporate benefits segment 💚

I worked in two squads (Growth and Engagement) always going through the entire UX process - Discovery, Definition, Development and Delivery - analyzing the product, identifying problems and working on solutions based on what is best for the user, based on research, data and business analysis. The performance is also close to the Product Managers, QAs, Developers and Stakeholders.
In the Growth squad, I worked on the company's institutional website, Foca no Dinheiro blog and Member Get Member product for the Neon app.
In the Engagement squad, I work on a product - still under development - that aims to retain and engage more and more customers for the Neon app.
I am also responsible for making contacts with the design team of other companies to share knowledge and make the UX area grow more.
Another responsibility is as tutor and organizer of Design Day, held monthly, where we bring the whole team together for workshops and deeper interactions on Design.

After the company priorization in its main product (marketplaces management system), a whole study of user experience was carried out and the entire design team was relocated with a focus on UX.
I carry out the management of this team, applying methods - such as usability testing with users, creation of flowcharts, map of journey etc - and current tools - Sketch, Zeplin, InVision etc -, and direct communication with areas of the company for a greater evolution with quality in minor time. In contact with UX designers of Mercado Livre Argentina, I gather and filter information that is applied in the day by day.
I also continue to carry out all the management of the company's design, being internal and external communication.

After increasing demand from one of the largest clients, I managed a team of 7 designers to mass-produce of the ads for this client. Besides this task, the management was also contemplated of other tasks like the maintenance of the visual identity of the company, and creation of external materials.
When the account of this client was closed, I continued to manage designers, but now with the task of managing all the designers of the company, focusing on the main product (marketplaces management system), as well as products such as Virtual Store, Sites Institutional and Brand Creation for clients.
In addition to this task, I also managed the entire design/product of a company subsidiary that created daily posts for social customer networks.

Creation of MercadoLivre ads for one of the company's largest clients, as well as other tasks were contemplated on a day by day, such as the creation and structuring of an Ecommet internal visual identity, creation of institutional websites and emails campaigns.

Experience as a young apprentice, a program contemplated by Sabesp (Water and Sewage Company of the State of São Paulo), where the purpose was to learn basic notions of how works day bay day in a large company, with the help of a tutor.
I worked in the area of Bids, Purchases and Sales of the company, assisting organizational processes and archives, and internal structures.
