Design career path

I manage large scale consulting projects. Mentor the team within the project and beyond. Teach HFI's comprehensive certification courses, & support scoping and sales.

I led and mentored a team of talented UX managers and specialists to design for user needs, solve business problems, and push technology boundaries.

Lead Instructor for courses within the Certified Usability Analyst track.

I execute and manage all aspects of User Experience projects at HFI, including project planning, user and stakeholder interviews, design creation, analysis and validation, project delivery, and project closure.

I was the primary researcher for usability testing handsets, handset services (e.g. TV), and specific handset verticals (e.g. contacts). Usability tested 25+ mobile devices with 300+ end users to look at patterns within and across design and product dimensions.

I was the designer for an internal sales and activation portal used in 4000+ indirect Sprint retail locations (e.g. RadioShack). I got to learn from and work with a number of smart designers, product owners, and developers to ensure a usable implementation of the design across multiple releases.
