Ciao! I'm Giulia, a Senior Service Designer at frog London.

I studied Industrial Design and Product Service System Design at Politecnico di Milano, then started my career as a Service Designer in Rome before moving to London four years ago. Six years in, I've worked across sectors on everything from new service design to large-scale ecosystem redesign and CX transformation, running research with end users and senior stakeholders alike.
