What mentees say
“I am speechless when it comes to picking words to express how great he is. We majorly discussed my Big N journey and how to make it better and we discussed other things such as how things work in the company itself and the interview process. He tackled mistakes in my past and current journey without me asking/questioning everything.”
“Awesome conversation with Gladon today! He talked about his journey at Linkedin, the different teams involved with everything that users see while being on the website as well as mentioned about the Reach program that Linkedin has. Really helpful!”
“It was amazing to meet with Gladon and learn from his experience as both an individual contributor and manager! He has a breadth of experience in the industry and provided some really good insights on how to become and succeed as a tech lead and eventually a manager.”
