Responsible for managing high-performance development teams delivering top software solutions to the Encora clients.

Allocated as Software Development Manager for Hootsuite (Canada). I was responsible to manage a team of 7 people, including front-end and back-end developers and QA analysts. During this time we developed a couple of products to increase metrics related to the engagement of the tool. The new products included the usage of Machine Learning (AWS Compreheend and AWS Rekognition), Image and Video Editing SDKs, and Grammatical assistance SDK integration.

Responsible for managing Ecommerce, Sales and Finance squads delivering top software solutions for small business. These squads have around 15 people including developers (front-end, back-end and fullstack) and software quality assurance analysts. I also work close with the Product Owners shaping solutions that are aligned with the company strategy.
 The function also includes:

Founder and co-owner of small company that offers different foods, beverages and specially a different customer experience when related to comfort food. As part of the strategic management experience, I’m responsible to improve the business model adding new tools to measure profit and success. The function also includes:
• Financial and budgeting control

Responsible for leading and managing large programmes within the Digital Channels, R&D and Innovation areas. Also acting as a Consultant exploring the potential of new projects using Innovation design and Digital Transformation. Among the Supervisor role, the function also includes:

Responsible for managing a development team onshore and offshore (9 developers) that develops Global Payment Products. The main development for this team is a system that offers international real-time transfers to high profile bank customers via Internet Banking. This product is offered in more than 30 countries where HSBC operates. Among the team management role, the function also includes:
