Hi! I came into design in a non-conventional way. I studied business, worked in process engineering and management for about 6 years before learning about Service Design. Enlightened, I got my Masters in Service Design & Innovation about 8 years ago and have been applying my skills in startups, agencies and large corporations. I’m a strategic design who is now a master in hypothesis-driven design.
