Managing a remote team

I lead the brand's storytelling efforts across online and offline channels, harmonising the brand's unique voice into content and marketing strategies that connect to the hearts of the audience, boosting brand awareness and driving tangible business results.

I was a key member of the brand storytelling team, responsible for creating content to drive impactful brand and marketing communications. I transformed complex technical concepts into engaging, high-quality content tailored for digital platforms while ensuring consistency with the brand's unique voice and style, driving brand awareness, engagement and community growth.

Following a 14-month intense training, I led a team of creatives to produce a 30-minute short film that was nominated for an Africa Magic Viewer's Choice Award (AMVCA) in 2021 and won the Best Student Short Film Award at the Africa International Film Festival (AFRIFF) in 2021.

I scripted and hosted a weekly radio show, curating compelling, audience-focused content and conducting high-profile interviews that contributed to growth in listenership and digital interaction. I also handled real-time audience engagement initiatives, utilizing live social media interactions during broadcasts to foster community engagement and amplify the station’s reach.
