A product design leader and UX practitioner that inspires cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to adopt a human-centric design approach to drive product development and to innovate with insights.
With a systems design thinking mindset, I approach design challenges with a goal set towards simplicity as a form of sophistication. Intentional collaboration, design ops, DEI, mentorship, service design, pixel-perfect visual design, and information architecture gets me excited.
I have had successful careers as a front-end web developer, web designer, project manager, graphic designer, small-business creative entrepreneur, creative consultant, photographer, art director, and telemarketer.
I strive to foster an environment that empowers people to make decisions without fear of failure, be deeply curious, and get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
