Chatdesk is a software company which helps companies deliver sales and customer care on social media and messaging apps
Using groovy (a JVM Language) , grails (a groovy framework) built a Tweet Downloader web app which periodically downloads tweets from twitter accounts added to the platform.
Built a prototype twitter bot which can reply to basic greetings and preconfigured statements.
Wrote a sentiment analysis script to understand user behaviour from tweets to various companies’ customer support twitter accounts
Added a new feature to Chatdesk's Proprietary app that helps companies move their customer service calls to sms. I integrated CRM’s such as Zendesk and Desk.com with Client’s customer service phone numbers. This enables an SMS that is sent to a company’s number to be managed via the CRM portal as a case ticket for support. This feature was used by customers such as Abercrombie and Fitch, Barkbox and many more.

Iconway is a media company founded to redefine how African’s consume local content using online, mobile and social technologies
Responsible for server management, downtime resolution, debugging and ensuring uptime of each website across multiple servers on a day to day basis
Developed a price and product comparison platform (PricePadi) front to back.
Created a matching algorithm to carefully and intelligently match similar products from various merchants on the PricePadi platform
