Growing up in rural South Africa, I didn’t see anyone like me in the user experience space, especially in tech4good. I now am in a position to be that face and that role model for someone. I am a Human-Centred Designer with a deep passion for work that gives back to society. I am highly skilled in Service Design, Business Process Design, Inclusive Design, and Information & Communication Technology for Socio-economic Development (ICT4D). I hold a Master of Science (with distinction) in ICT4D from The University of Manchester. I am an advocate for Diversity and Inclusion. I strongly believe in committing to a mission and purpose that is rooted in integrity and equity.
